Leverkusen (pta040/26.06.2025/20:40) - "The negotiations between the German Biofrontera Group and the US company Biofrontera Inc. regarding the existing license and supply agreement and their future co-operation are still ongoing and will continue into the next week. As announced on 10 June 2025 the discussions include various strategic options for fundamental changes to the cooperation and it may be that Biofrontera AG may fundamentally adjust its business model and strategic orientation at short notice. Further, a deferral of a claim of Biofrontera Group against Biofrontera Inc of EUR 1.8 million during the negotiations was agreed."
