Leverkusen, June 10, 2025, 13:35 CET - Biofrontera AG is in negotiations with Biofrontera Inc. regarding a further adjustment of the license and supply agreement between the two companies, including a further reduction in the transfer price for the products of the German Biofrontera Group sold in the US. In addition, various strategic options for fundamental changes to the cooperation are being examined, including a possible merger of the two companies. It cannot be ruled out that Biofrontera AG may fundamentally adjust its business model and strategic orientation at short notice.
